SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Our return policy is very simple, fair and important. We are not getting return privileges from Greece, so we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS UNLESS:

All returns should be made within 14 days of receipt of the order.

Merchandise is damaged during shipment. (Please call us as soon as you receive it.)

Merchandise is factory defective and we mean factory defective.

We have made an error in shipment or order taking.

If the selection is not the one you ordered. CDs, DVDs should be returned unopened.

Please double check your selection numbers before you place the order.

If a CD or DVD is damaged, it will be replaced with another one of the same selection. If it is no longer available, we will credit your account.

Returns may not be accepted without a valid invoice number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for a return order: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the reason for the return.

PROCESSING TIME

You can expect your order to be processed within 5 working days provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. Orders are not processed on weekends and public holidays.
