Krazymusic.com.au may use the services of third party contractors to update our website, we do our best to keep the information on the website as accurate as possible. Customers will agree that we are not liable for mismatched product pictures or mistakes in product information. 2. Customers shall agree that under absolutely no circumstances will shipping be refunded once we ship. 3. It is the customer's responsibility to look over their email confirmation and make sure all shipping, billing and item purchased are correct. If you do not get an email confirmation, call us to see if the order went through. Do not submit multiple orders or you will end up paying full restocking and shipping fees. 4. Order cancellation cannot be accepted once the order is shipped. 5. Material fee for boxes, transportation, etc. are included in the shipping fees 6. Customers shall agree that krazymusic.com.au will not be liable for shipper's shipping delays. SECURITY
All on-line transactions are done through our secure server operated and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once we receive confirmation of successful transaction from the bank, your order will be processed.
SHIPPING
We ship to any physical address that Australian Post ships to within the Australia or NZ regions. We may accommodate customers who need to have an item shipped to a PO Box depending on the circumstances. If we need to reroute package due to the wrong addresses from customers we can charge additional costs. If you want us to ship overseas, please email us destination and we can make arrangements for that also. ORDER STATUS
We will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. You may also acquire your order status and other live updates by logging in to your account on our website.
DELAYS
Once an order is shipped, it is up to the shipping company (Australia Post) to deliver the product, We will not be able to stop the shipment once it is shipped. If shipping company loses the package, we will not be able to ship out replacement packages until shipping company confirms that the package is lost/will not be delivered to its destination and they will reimburse us. Without confirmation from shipping company, we will not know for sure if you will get two shipments if we ship out another one. | YOUR ACCOUNT If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. REFUNDS AND RETURNS Krazymusic.com.au will only refund or credit you if the product is dead on arrival (DOA). We suggest you to make your decision carefully as we will not refund you if you changed your mind. You have 5 business days from the date of receiving to return your DOA item for a refund or credit to be approved. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS If you decide to cancel your order after it has been placed we have the right to charge you a restocking fee if processing has begun. The restocking fee is charged at a rate of 30%AUD per item cancelled. This fee is waived if there are stock availability problems in which we will advise you of immediately.
